I want you to be happy. Because a lot of the work is custom or semi-custom, purchases cannot be refunded. I try to create a super transparent process so you know exactly what to expect so we are all on the same page. If you aren’t happy with the final design, absolutely reach out to me privately! I’m seriously here to help you, not cause more stress. We can figure it out 😉

If your expectations were not met: Please voice your concern privately to me before publicly because I truly want to help and make it right! I sincerely apologize if it was something that I did or did not do to meet your expectations. I got into this to help, and remember I am a real person, with real life issues, with real feelings, balancing family life. I want nothing more than to provide a valuable, helpful service. Please know that if I caused any frustrations it is not intentional and I want to make it right. All the love and support sent your way.

For physical products:

If your expectations were not met:

If you receive a defected or broken product, please email me within 15 days of receiving your product. I will handle your request and send you a new product. I want you to love it, so if you aren’t happy with an item you receive please return in original condition (not washed, worn, or used) and I will refund your purchase.

Wrong address:

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to Wild World Mama’s facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.


Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to Wild World Mama’s facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.

Doesn't fit? Don't like it?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. For size exchanges please ship back original shirt (at your expense) in original condition (never washed, worn, or used). After the returned item(s) are received, we will review, and send you a replacement.
